Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the execution of a Hotel Operation Agreement for a new hotel property in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The agreement was signed on December 29, 2025, for an upcoming hotel to be operated under the “Lemon Tree Suites” brand.

The property is owned by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Carnation Hotels will operate the hotel under the Lemon Tree Suites brand, subject to the execution of a licence agreement by Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Located in Tirupati, one of India’s most revered spiritual destinations, the hotel is close to the renowned Sri Venkateswara Temple, which attracts millions of devotees annually. Nestled in the Eastern Ghats of Andhra Pradesh, the location blends deep-rooted traditions with modern infrastructure, offering visitors a well-rounded spiritual and cultural experience.

The upcoming Lemon Tree Suites Tirupati will feature 228 well-appointed rooms and suites, a restaurant, a banquet and meeting room, and recreational facilities including a swimming pool and a spa.
