Lodha Plans 21 Housing Launches Across Four Cities

Lodha Developers plans to launch 21 housing projects by March next year, aiming to expand amid strong demand. The company said the planned launches across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Delhi-NCR, Pune and Bengaluru have an estimated revenue potential of Rs 240 billion (Rs 240 bn). The announcement forms part of a broader launch pipeline for the remaining three quarters of 2026-27 and is intended to support sales growth.

During the first quarter the firm launched one housing project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region covering 0.4 million (0.4 mn) square feet with a revenue potential of Rs 3.3 bn. It plans to introduce seven new housing projects across the four markets covering a total of 5.9 million (5.9 mn) square feet with a combined revenue potential of Rs 98.5 bn. The company also proposed new phases in 14 existing projects covering 9.7 million (9.7 mn) square feet and a revenue potential of Rs 142.1 bn.

The package of planned launches is intended to help meet the company target of Rs 240 bn in sales bookings for the current fiscal year. Lodha reported sales bookings of Rs 46.3 bn in the April-June quarter, reflecting a four per cent year-on-year increase. The company reported property sales of Rs 205.3 bn in the last financial year compared with Rs 176.3 bn in 2024-25.

Profitability strengthened in the June quarter, with net profit rising to Rs 13.73 bn from Rs 6.75 bn a year earlier, while total income increased to Rs 50.97 bn from Rs 36.25 bn in the corresponding quarter. For 2025-26 the company reported a net profit of Rs 34.31 bn on total income of Rs 171.20 bn. Lodha continues to develop housing and commercial projects, including offices, malls, warehousing and data centre parks, and is targeting 20 per cent annual growth in net profit to Rs 41 bn.
