reservoirs), Buildings (healthcare, education, convention centers),
Wastewater, Smart Cities, and Ports & Shipping, led by Rajasthan, Uttar
Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Gujarat.
In
September 2025, IMPACCT tracked 739 infrastructure tenders lined up as
3–6-month opportunities, involving 215 project owners and a cumulative tender
value of `376 crore, with `73 crore currently in active bidding.
These near-term opportunities span Roads & Highways, Survey &
Consultancy, Government/Commercial Buildings, Residential Works, and
Space/Technical Services, with notable participation from national and state
agencies (e.g., NHAI, PWDs, Jal Nigam, Forest & Water Resources

12+ states—together forming a multi-lakh-crore investment pipeline—spanning
