MIG plots in Jagananna sold for Smart Townships by AP govt

All the necessary arrangements for selling plots in Jagananna Smart Townships have been made by the Andhra Pradesh government, also at affordable prices for the convenience of middle income groups. On Tuesday the plots at Jagananna Smart Townships, Mangalagiri will be virtually inaugurated by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The price for a square yard of land has been fixed at Rs 17,499 by APCRDA in the township. The plots in Kandukuru are sold at Rs 6,999 per square yard by the Ongole Urban Development Authority. The plots at Jagananna Townships, Sanivarapupeta are being sold at Rs 8,999 per square yard by the Eluru Urban Development Authority.

The plots at Jammalapalem are being sold by the Nellore Urban Development Authority for Rs 4,999 per square yard. MIG plots at Diguva Ambavaram are being sold by the Annamayya Urban Development Authority, Kadapah for Rs 4,600 per square yard. The plots in Kunuthuru, under Dharmavaram Municipality are sold by the Anantapuram-Hindupuram Urban Development Authority for Rs 5,999 per square yard.

According to sources, the distribution of availability of square yards in the three MIG plots are as follows- MIG-I: 150 square yards, MIG-II: 200 square yards, and MIG-III: 240 square yards. Additional cost in proportion to the actual should be paid by the allottee in case of plot extension. Each family will be provided with one plot. The annual income of the applicants should be less than Rs 18 lakh per annum and should be an Andhra Pradesh resident.
