Oberoi Realty Unveils Brand Film for Three Sixty West

Oberoi Realty has released its first official brand film for Three Sixty West, offering an insight into the vision, design journey and global collaborations behind one of Mumbai's most prominent luxury residential developments.

The film presents the story of Three Sixty West through its defining features, including its location in Worli, panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and Mumbai skyline, luxury residences and hospitality-led living experience. According to the company, the communication reflects the project's exclusive positioning and its approach to luxury living.

Conceived as a mixed-use development, Three Sixty West integrates premium residences with hospitality services managed by The Ritz-Carlton, creating a distinctive residential offering in the city's luxury real estate market. The project has emerged as a prominent landmark on Mumbai's skyline and reflects the growing prominence of the city within the global luxury property landscape.

The film highlights the project's architectural vision, design philosophy, world-class amenities and attention to detail, while showcasing the lifestyle experience offered to residents. It also provides a behind-the-scenes perspective on the planning and execution that shaped the development.

"Three Sixty West is defined by a sense of discretion and exclusivity, and we have been intentional about how we have communicated the brand story over the years, thus making it a landmark today," said Sarina Menezes, Senior Vice President – Marketing & Corporate Communication, Oberoi Realty. "As Three Sixty West's first official film, this is an opportunity to share the thought and the design thinking behind what it has become today."

She added that with the residences now occupied and being experienced as originally envisioned, the company believes this is an appropriate time to present the development's story to a wider audience.

The brand film is available across Oberoi Realty's digital platforms and forms part of the company's efforts to showcase the vision and craftsmanship behind the landmark project.
