Ohana Development, Manchester City F.C. Sign Abu Dhabi Deal

Ohana Development has signed an agreement with Manchester City F.C. to launch Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana, a branded residential community planned along Abu Dhabi’s Yas Canal waterfront. The project is positioned as the world’s first Manchester City–branded residential destination and reflects a shared focus on excellence, innovation and long-term value creation.
Spanning 1.67 million sq m, the development draws on Manchester City’s global brand and legacy, reinterpreted through a contemporary design lens aligned with Ohana Development’s architectural and lifestyle ethos. The partnership also reinforces Abu Dhabi’s positioning as a destination for large-scale, globally recognised developments.
