Outlet Mall of India to debut in Bhiwandi

Bhumi World is set to launch the ‘Outlet Mall of India’ in Bhiwandi, marking Maharashtra’s first dedicated outlet mall and a significant shift in the region’s retail landscape.

The development will feature over 150 national and international brands, including labels such as Armani Exchange, Superdry, Lacoste, Levi’s and Tommy Hilfiger, operating under an ‘always-on discount’ model. The project positions itself as a ‘retailtainment’ hub, combining shopping with experiential offerings.

A key highlight is a 2,500-seat open-air amphitheatre designed for concerts, events and brand activations, alongside a 1-acre flea market aimed at fostering community-driven retail experiences. The mall will also include a dedicated ‘Food Avenue’ with a mix of dining formats, including rooftop restaurants, a 25,000 sq ft brewery and a cluster of food trucks.

Commenting on the development, Prakash Patel, Managing Director, Bhumi World, said, “Outlet Mall of India represents the evolution of Bhiwandi into a vibrant retail and leisure destination… offering leading brands, immersive spaces, and unmatched value all year round.”

Strategically located within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, the project benefits from connectivity to key corridors such as the Samruddhi Mahamarg and the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, positioning it as a major retail and leisure destination.
