Parthh K Mehta Wins Hurun Real Estate Leadership Award

Parthh K Mehta, Founder, CMD and Chief Mentoring Officer, Paradigm Realty, has received the Excellence in Entrepreneurial Leadership: Indian Real Estate award at the GROHE Hurun India Real Estate Leadership Conclave & Excellence Awards 2026.

Held at ITC Grand Central, Mumbai, on 23 September, the ceremony recognised Mehta for creating contemporary urban developments through thoughtful design, innovation and trusted execution.

The 2026 event marked the 10th edition of Hurun India’s real estate leadership platform, bringing together developers, architects, entrepreneurs and industry professionals. The awards recognise individuals and organisations for their achievements and contributions to India’s real estate sector.

Commenting on the recognition, Mehta said the award reflected Paradigm Realty’s entrepreneurial journey, shaped by ambition, resilience and a willingness to think differently. He acknowledged the projects, setbacks and risks that had influenced the company’s development and thanked the people who had supported its growth.

The recognition follows Mehta’s inclusion at Rank 146 on the Hurun India Under 40 List 2025 and his receipt of the 2025 Hurun Industry Achievement Award in Real Estate.

Under his leadership, Paradigm Realty has expanded its residential development and redevelopment portfolio across Mumbai. The company’s approach combines contemporary architecture, planning and quality construction, guided by the city’s changing housing requirements and homebuyer aspirations.

The award acknowledges Mehta’s role in shaping the company’s development capabilities and strengthening its presence in Mumbai’s residential property market.
