ROHL Launches Regenta Z Vadodara In Gujarat

Royal Orchid Hotels Limited has announced the launch of Regenta Z Vadodara in Gujarat, marking a significant milestone in the group’s expansion strategy. The property becomes ROHL’s fourth hotel in Vadodara, adding to its existing portfolio of Royal Orchid Central, Regenta Inn and Regenta Fairlark, and reinforces the city’s position as one of the group’s key commercial hubs.

The launch aligns with ROHL’s strategy to strengthen its footprint in high-growth urban markets through thoughtfully designed, brand-forward hotels. Regenta Z Vadodara has been developed to cater to evolving traveller preferences, particularly among Gen Z and millennial guests seeking modern hospitality, digital-first convenience and contemporary experiences at accessible price points.

Strategically located in Alkapuri, one of Vadodara’s most prominent upscale residential and commercial neighbourhoods, the hotel offers proximity to shopping, dining and business districts. It is situated just 1 km from Vadodara Railway Station and 7 km from Vadodara International Airport. The property also benefits from its location en route to the Statue of Unity, which is approximately 86 km away, making it a convenient transit point for tourists.

The hotel features 36 well-designed rooms, including two Studio Suites, combining modern aesthetics with functional comfort. Guest facilities include Burgundy Café, an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop swimming pool, Orchid Meeting Room accommodating up to 90 guests, and a dedicated banquet and boardroom space.

ROHL said the launch of Regenta Z Vadodara is a key step in its Vision 2030 expansion roadmap and marks the brand’s first Gen Z-focused offering in Gujarat. With this addition, the group continues to broaden its reach across traveller segments, from luxury and upscale to value-conscious modern explorers.

Commenting on the development, Chandra Shekhar Mishra, Director, Royal Orchid Hotels Limited, said the new property reflects the group’s commitment to blending warm hospitality with a youthful and energetic brand format while maintaining consistent service standards.

The hotel is owned by the Yuvanshvi family estate. The ownership said the partnership with Royal Orchid Hotels aims to introduce a high-quality hospitality experience in Vadodara that complements the upscale character of Alkapuri and serves as a gateway to the city’s cultural landmarks and the Statue of Unity.

The property also offers easy access to key city attractions, including Lakshmi Vilas Palace and Sayaji Baug Zoo, both located within 3 km of the hotel
