Royal Orchid Signs Regenta Place Resort in Jim Corbett

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd (ROHL) has recently announced the signing of a new resort in Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand, reinforcing its expansion across high-demand leisure destinations. The property will operate under the Regenta Place brand and is being developed by M/S VACAN HAUSS REALTY.

Designed to blend comfort with nature, the upcoming resort will feature 50 spacious rooms, catering to wildlife enthusiasts, adventure travellers and corporate groups. Amenities will include an all-day dining restaurant and bar, a 3,500 sq ft banquet hall for meetings and social events, and wellness facilities such as a spa, swimming pool and fully equipped gym.

Commenting on the signing, Chander K. Baljee, Chairman & Managing Director, Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd., said the addition aligns with the group’s strategy to capture strong leisure demand in North India. The developer expressed confidence that the resort’s facilities and location would position it as a preferred destination for both relaxation and adventure.
