RPS Infrastructure awards Rs 4.5 billion construction contract

RPS Infrastructure has awarded a construction contract worth over Rs 4.5 billion to KBE-Krishna Buildestates for Phase 3 of its mixed-use development, RPS 12th Avenue, in Sector 27C, Faridabad.

Spread across approximately nine acres, Phase 3 comprises the Crosswalk mall and The Wisterias South, which includes three ultra-luxury residential towers. The phase forms part of the larger 34-acre development on Main Mathura Road, near the Delhi–Faridabad border.

KBE will lead construction of the new phase. The architectural design has been completed by global design firm Benoy. The developer said the appointment marks the engagement of a major construction contractor for a project of this scale and nature in Faridabad.

“12th Avenue is RPS’s flagship project, and its quality is non-negotiable. That is precisely why we chose a premier contractor for Phase 3. We are confident that this partnership will ensure timely delivery and meet our quality standards,” said Shashank Gupta, Director, RPS Infrastructure.

Bharat Bahl, Joint Managing Director, KBE, said the company would focus on timely delivery and quality construction in executing the project.

Conceived as an integrated mixed-use development, RPS 12th Avenue brings together commercial office spaces, coworking facilities, retail, dining and entertainment. The project is intended to serve as a business and lifestyle destination in the Faridabad region.

KBE-Krishna Buildestates has an execution portfolio spanning residential, commercial, institutional and industrial developments for developers and institutions across India.
