Signature Global awards Rs 9.2 bn DXP Estate construction contracts

Signature Global has awarded Rs 9.2 billion worth of construction contracts to KEC International and NCC for its premium housing project, Sarvam at DXP Estate, in Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.

The company has awarded contracts worth Rs 4.6 billion each to KEC International and NCC. KEC will construct six residential towers, while NCC will build five towers. Together, the 11 towers will comprise 1,798 residential units with a development area of around 5 million sq ft. Construction is expected to commence by the end of Q3 FY27 and be completed within 36 months.

"The award of these construction contracts is an important step in transforming our vision for Sarvam at DXP Estate into reality," said Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global (India). He added that the project has been conceived as a wellness-centric development with a focus on engineering, sustainability and long-term value.

Spread across 13.55 acres, the project comprises 3 and 4 BHK residences and is designed as a Vastu-conscious, IGBC Platinum-certified development. The master plan incorporates landscaped open spaces, natural lighting and cross-ventilation, drawing inspiration from the five elements of nature.

Signature Global has also partnered with Ileseum Clubs to manage the project's lifestyle and wellness offerings. The ecosystem will include facilities and programmes by Tatva Spa, Michael Phelps Swimming Academy, Matrix Dance Academy, Tagda Raho and Ajivasan Music Academy.

Located on Dwarka Expressway, the development offers connectivity to Delhi, IGI Airport, Cyber City and other commercial hubs while forming part of the integrated DXP Estate township.
