Signature Global Breaks Ground for Titanium SPR with Bhoomi Pujan

Signature Global (India) held the Bhoomi Pujan for its premium residential project, Titanium SPR, in Sector 71, Gurugram, marking the start of its construction. The ceremony was attended by key stakeholders and company representatives, reinforcing the developer’s commitment to high-quality, modern, and sustainable living spaces.

Launched in June 2024, Titanium SPR saw an overwhelming response, with sales exceeding Rs 27 billion (bn) during allotment. In October 2024, Capacit’e Infraprojects was awarded a Rs 12.03 bn construction contract, known for its expertise in high-end developments.

Spanning 14 acre along Southern Peripheral Road, the project offers seamless connectivity to major routes, including Dwarka Expressway, Golf Course Road, NH-48, and South Gurugram. Inspired by Singaporean architecture, its design ensures privacy, with no balconies facing each other. The high-rise development will feature 55+ premium amenities, including lagoon pools, sensory gardens, and a Miyawaki forest.

Designed in collaboration with DPC (Singapore), MPFP (USA), Confluence, NMP Design, Senelac Consultants, and Vintech Consultants, the project boasts 26- and 28-feet decks, a triple-height entrance lobby, and seven lagoon pools.

A dual-certified green development under IGBC and EDGE, Titanium SPR prioritizes sustainability and energy efficiency. It was also named Best Green Development at the 2024 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (India), further cementing its position as a benchmark for luxury living in the Delhi NCR region.
