Sketch Design Studio reinterprets South Indian customs

Hybrid House, a rammed-earth building created by Sketch Design Studio, combines the vernacular construction methods of north and south India.

The three-bedroom home in Alwar, Rajasthan, a city next to the Aravalli mountains in northern India, was designed and built by Sketch Design Studio.

For a client who is headquartered in Singapore but was raised locally, it serves as a second home. He desired a base that would enable him and his wife to spend more time with their relatives.

The pair was eager for the structure to include some of the architectural elements they love in homes in southern India. Hybrid House, a rammed-earth building created by Sketch Design Studio, combines the vernacular construction methods of north and south India.

Euro Panel Products, the parent company of Eurobond, reported a 44.13 per cent year-on-year rise in net profit for FY25–26.
