Table Space Adds 4,69.00 Sq Ft in Bengaluru

Table Space has expanded its Bengaluru portfolio by adding around 4,69,000 sq ft of premium Grade-A managed office space across two locations: Table Space Senate on Ulsoor Road in the Central Business District and Table Space Gopalan Fortune City in Mahadevapura. The move reflects rising demand from large enterprises and Global Capability Centres for fully managed, customised offices over traditional long-term leases and coworking models.

Table Space Senate adds around 1,86,000 sq ft in the CBD, close to Trinity Metro Station, and is designed for large contiguous occupancies with enterprise-grade infrastructure. It includes a 100-seater training room, meeting rooms, recreational areas, work café, breakout spaces, wellness rooms, collaboration zones and a terrace cafeteria. Table Space Gopalan Fortune City adds around 2,83,000 sq ft at the junction of Outer Ring Road and Whitefield, a key demand corridor for GCCs and large technology firms, and offers amenities such as a work café, sports arena and landscaped garden zones.

Kunal Mehra, President and Co-CEO, Table Space, said Bengaluru contributes over 45 per cent of the company’s overall revenue, and with this addition, its managed workspace footprint in the city has crossed 4.2 million sq ft. The company said it remains focused on high-liquidity assets and ready-to-move-in, customised workspaces aligned with enterprise compliance and operational requirements.
