Tata Projects wins Rs 8 billion Gurugram housing contract

Realty developer Experion Developers has awarded a Rs 8 billion construction contract to Tata Projects for its premium residential project, The Trillion, located in Gurugram.

In a statement issued on Monday, Experion Developers said that Tata Projects has been appointed as the principal contractor for the housing development.

B K Malagi, Vice-Chairman of Experion Developers, stated that the total investment in the project, which spans 2.5 million sq ft, is estimated at around Rs 25 billion. Experion Developers is a wholly owned subsidiary of Experion Holdings Pte Ltd, Singapore. The parent company is part of the AT Capital Group, a globally diversified business group with interests spanning real estate, renewable energy, structured credit, and public markets across India, the GCC, Europe, and the United States.
