Trehan IRIS appoints Prasad Rane as Chief Business & Marketing Officer

Trehan IRIS has appointed Prasad Rane as Chief Business & Marketing Officer (CBMO) to lead its business growth, sales and marketing functions.

In his new role, Rane will oversee commercial strategy, brand building, customer experience and go-to-market initiatives across the organisation. He will focus on strengthening the link between business performance and brand while developing differentiated propositions across the company’s portfolio.

Abhishek Trehan & Aman Trehan, Executive Directors, Trehan IRIS, said: “Prasad brings a strong combination of business, brand and consumer understanding, with experience across real estate, retail and consumer businesses. His mandate will be to bring business growth, sales and marketing closer together as we enter our next phase of growth. We are pleased to welcome him to the leadership team.”

Prasad Rane, Chief Business & Marketing Officer, Trehan IRIS, said: “Real estate today is no longer only about what we build; it is increasingly about the experience, proposition and value we create around it. Trehan IRIS has a strong legacy and an exciting opportunity to build the next phase of the organisation around that foundation. My focus will be to bring business, sales, brand and customer experience closer together — creating propositions that are distinctive for the consumer and meaningful for the business.”

The appointment comes as Trehan IRIS expands its residential, commercial and retail real estate businesses. The group’s portfolio also includes hospitality.

Rane has experience across real estate, retail, consumer brands, asset management, marketing and business development. His work has included real estate asset management, development of consumer-facing destinations and business growth initiatives.

Before joining Trehan IRIS, Rane served as Chief Growth Officer at DailyObjects, where he was responsible for offline business growth, expansion of its physical retail footprint and development of new business channels.

Earlier, he worked with ICS Group, serving as Chief Marketing Officer at PPZ and CEO of SPACES. His responsibilities covered asset management, retail and mixed-use destinations, technology parks and public spaces. He also has previous experience in advertising and retail.
