Trehan Iris, Sarovar Hotels Launch Premium Hotel in New Gurugram

Delhi NCR-based real estate developer Trehan Iris has partnered with Sarovar Hotels to introduce the Sarovar Portico brand in New Gurugram, marking a major step in the hospitality expansion of the region.

As part of the agreement, the newly launched Iris Sarovar Portico has been developed in collaboration with Trehan Iris and is located within the bustling Iris Broadway Mall in Sector 85, Gurugram. Backed by an investment of Rs 750 million, the hotel is expected to generate annual revenue of Rs 100–120 million, according to a company statement released on April 15.

Strategically positioned near major transport arteries like Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, and the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Iris Broadway Mall is fully leased and spans across 2.8 acres. Its proximity to IGI Airport further enhances its appeal to business and leisure travelers.

Featuring 79 rooms and suites, Iris Sarovar Portico aims to cater to evolving urban hospitality demands. The property includes an all-day dining restaurant, Flavours, serving Indian, international, and regional cuisines, alongside a rooftop restaurant, Terrace Grill.

Additional amenities include a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness centre, and banquet and conference facilities that can accommodate up to 120 guests.

Sarovar Hotels currently operates 140 hotels across 85 destinations in India. This launch reinforces its expansion strategy in New Gurugram, an emerging commercial and residential hub close to Delhi, with increasing infrastructure and connectivity developments.
