Trilegal Advises Dosti Realty on Proposed IPO

Trilegal is advising Dosti Realty on its proposed initial public offering (IPO) as legal advisor on Indian law.

The proposed IPO will comprise a fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale, with each equity share carrying a face value of Rs 5.

Dosti Realty confidentially filed its pre-filed draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on September 29, 2026.

Trilegal’s Capital Markets team advising on the transaction is led by Partner Albin Thomas and supported by Senior Associate Arsh Sinha and Associates Snehal Kaushal, Anand Kumar, Mohak Agarwal and Rishab Taori.
