The Allahabad High Court has ordered the demolition of Supertech's two 40-storey towers in Noida for illegal construction. The unoccupied residential towers are part of the Emerald Court Project in sector 93 A. The judgement was passed in the court while allowing the writ petition of 'Emerald Court Owner Resident Welfare Association' where it was alleged that the approval and construction of the two towers was 'in complete violation of UP Apartment Acts'.
