Metso wins gold medal award

Metso Process Technology and Innovation (PTI) organisation’s technical report won it this year’s gold medal in Australia, granted by the Coalition for Eco-Efficient Comminution. The winning paper explained the optimisation and continuous improvement of the Antamina comminution circuit in Chile. After a thorough evaluation of the nominated papers, the selection committee shortlisted three outstanding papers, of which Metso’s report was chosen as the winner. It was co-authored by four Metso employees: Dr Walter Valery, Dr Alex Jankovic, Roberto Valle and Serkan Dikman.
