Gartner Recognises Newgen as Niche Player

Newgen Software, a global provider of AI-enabled end-to-end automation solutions, announced that it has been recognized as a Niche Player in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies (BOAT). The recognition reflects Newgen’s ability to execute and the completeness of its strategic vision.

The Gartner report evaluated 20 global vendors to guide enterprises in selecting the right business process automation platform. According to Gartner, BOAT is a unified software platform that enables enterprise-wide automation through capabilities such as process orchestration, enterprise connectivity, low-code development and agentic automation.

“We’re thrilled to be recognized in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies,” said Runki Goswami, CMO, Newgen Software. “To us, this recognition reinforces our commitment to delivering a unified automation platform that empowers enterprises to orchestrate complex processes, accelerate innovation, and unlock new possibilities in the AI-first era.”

Newgen’s flagship AI-enabled platform, NewgenONE, integrates process orchestration, content intelligence, low-code application development and automation to help enterprises build agile, scalable digital ecosystems. The platform supports document-centric workflows, advanced case management and seamless integration across legacy and modern systems—making it especially suitable for highly regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, government and healthcare.

Newgen believes this recognition highlights its core strength: the ability to unify content management, case management and automation on a single, cohesive platform. The company continues to strengthen its AI and agentic automation capabilities to help enterprises automate complex, document-intensive processes at scale while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
