Adani Airports Partner With AIONOS to Enhance Passenger Experience

Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) and India’s largest private airport operator, has entered into a strategic partnership with AIONOS, an InterGlobe Enterprises company and a global leader in enterprise AI, to enhance the passenger support experience across all Adani airports.

Under the partnership, AIONOS will deploy its proprietary Agentic AI platform, IntelliMate, designed to deliver personalised, real-time engagement with travellers through voice, chat, web, and mobile. The collaboration will introduce a multi-lingual, omni-channel AI system that transforms the way passengers interact with airport services.

The AI platform will function as a 24×7 virtual concierge, assisting passengers with flight updates, gate information, baggage tracking, airport navigation, and service details — available in multiple languages including English, Hindi, and regional dialects.

By integrating IntelliMate, AAHL aims to ensure travellers receive consistent, context-aware, and efficient assistance across all touchpoints. The platform is expected to improve customer satisfaction, reduce service turnaround times, and make travel more inclusive through language-friendly and easily accessible digital support.

This initiative forms a core part of AAHL’s digital transformation strategy, which focuses on enhancing convenience, comfort, and personalisation for passengers. The company’s digital roadmap is built around three pillars — collaboration within the airport ecosystem, world-class passenger experience, and robust digital infrastructure for future-ready operations.

Arun Bansal, CEO of Adani Airport Holdings Limited, stated, “Our vision is to redefine the airport experience through intelligent, digital-first innovations that place passengers at the centre. With AIONOS, we are taking a major step towards creating seamless, personalised journeys across all our airports.”

He added that together with in-house platforms such as Aviio, Adani OneApp, and Airport-in-a-Box, the group is “building a connected and sustainable airport ecosystem.”

CP Gurnani, Co-founder and Vice Chairman of AIONOS, said, “We are excited to partner with AAHL in this transformative journey. This collaboration reflects our shared vision of leveraging advanced AI technologies to deliver world-class customer experiences and help enterprises achieve their digital ambitions.”

The partnership between Adani Airports and AIONOS represents a significant milestone for India’s aviation sector, signalling a new era of digital transformation and passenger-centric innovation.
