Allied Blenders Appoints Jayant Manmadkar as Chief Financial Officer

Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited (ABD), India’s largest domestic spirits company by volume, has announced the appointment of Jayant Bhalchandra Manmadkar as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company, effective 10 October 2025.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant, and Company Secretary, Mr. Manmadkar also holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and brings over three decades of experience spanning financial services, pharmaceuticals, alcobev, manufacturing, real estate, and retail. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions at reputed organisations such as Seagram India, Brigade Enterprises, Mahindra Lifespace Developers, Sai Life Sciences, Cohance Lifesciences, Wockhardt, and Reliance Retail.

His expertise includes strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, taxation, treasury, investor relations, IT, governance, and corporate affairs.

The company operates through a manufacturing network of 37 units, comprising nine owned bottling plants, two distilleries, and 26 contract facilities across India.
