AXISCADES Wins New ESAI Contract Through Mistral Solutions

AXISCADES Technologies Limited, a chip-to-product company with expertise in aerospace, defence, electronics, semiconductor and artificial intelligence (ESAI) applications, has announced new contract wins in its ESAI division through its subsidiary, Mistral Solutions.

The strategic contract relates to the testing of audio products for a hyperscaler customer at Mistral’s newly established Acoustic Lab at the Aeroland facility in Bengaluru. The pilot order is multiyear in nature and valued at approximately $1 million, with the potential to generate further opportunities in innovative audio product development.

The small form factor audio products under testing are characterised by advanced spatial audio processing, custom silicon for enhanced noise cancellation and seamless integration with artificial intelligence to enable proactive, ambient AI-driven user experiences. The engagement reflects the growing demand for sophisticated audio technologies across global technology platforms.

Commenting on the development, Manikandan, Chief Executive Officer of Mistral Solutions, said the contract was the result of sustained efforts to expand beyond the traditional Texas Instruments and Qualcomm ecosystems and to add global technology majors to the company’s customer base. He added that the establishment of dedicated facilities for global customers is central to building long-term strategic relationships and strengthening Mistral’s position in the global ESAI value chain.

The new contract reinforces AXISCADES’ strategy of strengthening its technological capabilities and diversifying its customer portfolio, positioning the company for sustained growth in high-value engineering and digital technology segments.
