Capacit'e Infraprojects Secures Rs 5,370 Million Contract From TenX Realty

Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited (Capacit'e Infraprojects) has received a letter of intent from TenX Realty Limited acting on behalf of Raymond Limited for a construction contract in Thane (West).

The contract covers the construction of Towers F, G and NTA and a retail building for the Address by GS-3 Project and the Invictus-2 Project. The total contract value is Rs 5,370 million (mn) excluding GST and will be recorded as a significant order for the company.

The award follows repeat engagements between the parties and is expected to strengthen the order book of Capacit'e Infraprojects. The managing director, Rahul Katyal, indicated that the company welcomed the repeat orders and regarded them as evidence of an enduring client relationship and confidence in delivery capabilities. The company will mobilise resources and align project schedules to meet contract timelines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The scope of work includes structural and finishing activities across multiple towers and a retail podium, requiring co?ordination across civil, mechanical and services disciplines. The projects are located within established suburban infrastructure and are positioned to benefit from existing connectivity and amenities in Thane. Capacit'e Infraprojects plans to leverage its project management systems and prior experience to optimise execution and cost efficiency.

The company will deploy experienced teams and technical leadership to the sites and intends to engage local subcontractors and suppliers to support timely progress. Robust procurement planning and supply chain management are expected to reduce delays and cost overruns. Close monitoring and regular reporting will be used to manage milestones and quality.
