E2E Networks Wins Rs 10 bn NVIDIA Blackwell Cloud GPU Deal

E2E Networks secured a long term order from a sovereign AI firm for NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and allied services worth Rs 10 billion (Rs 10 bn) and expected to run until June 2029. The company informed investors via a regulatory filing and said its promoters and promoter group entities have no interest in the entity awarding the contract and that the transaction does not constitute a related party deal. The order has drawn investor attention amid broader market interest in AI infrastructure.

In Q1 FY27 revenue was Rs 1,568 million (Rs 1,568 mn), up 334 per cent year on year and up 64 per cent quarter on quarter, driven by the go live of the B200 cluster, improved utilisation of its flagship GPUs and the continued scale up of the TIR AI/ML platform. EBITDA was Rs 1,179 million (Rs 1,179 mn) and the EBITDA margin expanded to 75.2 per cent, rising 1,446 basis points sequentially and 4,609 basis points year on year. Net profit stood at Rs 439 million (Rs 439 mn) with a PAT margin of 28 per cent compared with 6.7 per cent in the prior quarter.

The company implemented a ten to one stock split and a direct listing on the BSE Mainboard during the quarter, and the stock will be added to the MSCI Global Small Cap Index in the latest review where 14 companies were added and 19 removed. The shares have risen 173 per cent over the last one year to a current market price of Rs 619 and have delivered a five year return of 12,631 per cent. An investment of Rs 100,000 made five years ago would have grown to about Rs 12.5 million based on the stated five year return, excluding the effect of the split.

Market observers will watch capacity additions and utilisation trends closely. The firm remains positioned to supply large scale AI workloads.
