EQUIPPP Hosts Sandbox Session on CDX Platform in Hyderabad

EQUIPPP Social Impact Technologies has recently hosted a Sandbox Session on the Constituency Development Exchange (CDX) and AI-Social Tech Professionals at IIIT Hyderabad. The session was organised as a preparatory dialogue to refine the design and operating model of the CDX platform ahead of a wider institutional rollout.

The session featured keynote addresses by Shri D. Sridhar Babu, Minister for Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, Industries & Commerce and Legislative Affairs, Government of Telangana, and Shri Y. Sujana Chowdary, MLA, Vijayawada West and former Union Minister of State. The programme also included panel discussions with policymakers, startup ecosystem leaders, diaspora representatives, venture capital professionals and social impact stakeholders.

The CDX is envisaged as a collaborative platform enabling legislators to engage with diaspora leaders, CSR agencies and impact investors on constituency-focused development initiatives. It allows elected representatives to present development requirements and work with specialised teams to deliver sustainable outcomes.

AI-Social Tech Professionals form a core element of the CDX framework, supporting structured collaboration, communication and execution at the constituency level. The sandbox session helped gather inputs and expectations from diverse stakeholders, including CSR agencies, non-profits, startups, investors, government bodies, NRIs and donors.

The initiative marks an early step in shaping the CDX platform and aligning stakeholder perspectives before a broader institutional launch, reinforcing EQUIPPP Social Impact Technologies' focus on enabling structured public–private collaboration for measurable social impact.
