Garuda Aerospace Partners Salesforce to Enhance Customer Experience

Garuda Aerospace has recently collaborated with Salesforce to transform its end-to-end customer lifecycle experience as the Chennai-based drone manufacturer expands into new verticals and international markets. Leveraging Salesforce’s Agentforce Sales and Agentforce capabilities, the initiative aims to create a unified, intelligent platform to streamline operations, strengthen customer relationships and support expansion across Southeast Asia and Africa.

As Garuda Aerospace scales its presence in sectors such as agriculture, defence and infrastructure, the Salesforce platform will serve as a single source of truth across marketing, sales and service functions. This approach helps eliminate data silos and provides real-time, actionable insights to employees, impacting over 90 per cent of Garuda’s current client base in India across B2G, B2B and B2C segments. The cloud-first implementation aligns with Garuda Aerospace’s vision of becoming a full-stack drone ecosystem player, focused on transparency, scalability and personalised customer engagement.

Salesforce recently introduced Agentforce 360, a comprehensive suite of AI tools designed to connect human teams and AI agents within a single trusted system. The platform enables faster decision-making, improved collaboration and more intelligent customer interactions.

Commenting on the collaboration, Salesforce said the initiative will unify Garuda Aerospace’s customer-facing operations on one intelligent platform, supporting the adoption of advanced drone technologies for industrial applications. Garuda Aerospace added that the partnership strengthens its focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, enabling faster, more personalised experiences as it enters new sectors and geographies.
