Gensol Engineering secures Rs 3 bn contract from Mahagenco

Gensol Engineering, a prominent construction engineering firm, announced securing a significant contract worth Rs 3.015 billion from Maharashtra State Power Generation (Mahagenco). The contract pertains to the design, installation, and activation of a cutting-edge 62 MWAC crystalline solar PV technology grid interactive solar power plant in Maharashtra. The company, a member of the Gensol group, specialises in providing comprehensive engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for solar power plant development. Additionally, Gensol has diversified its portfolio by establishing an electric vehicle manufacturing facility in Pune, focusing on the production of electric three-wheelers and four-wheelers.
