Ramesh Jain, chairman of GM Modular, said that Lucknow and the Uttar Pradesh market are strategic for the company's growth and that the new studio brings the brand closer to customers. He noted that manufacturing capacity is being scaled up with a new facility in Vijayawada alongside existing units in Mumbai and Hyderabad. With the Lucknow studio the company intends to strengthen its retail reach and promote innovation in household electrical and lifestyle products.

The studio will also function as a resource centre for channel partners and trade professionals, offering product training and technical support to facilitate specification and installation. By enabling hands-on experience and tailored consultations the company said the approach would shorten decision cycles for buyers and improve aftersales satisfaction. The firm characterised the initiative as part of a broader effort to integrate design and technology into everyday living.
