The company submitted the disclosure to BSE Limited on 17 July 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015 and related circulars. The filing identified the purchaser as a domestic entity and described the contract as a standard supply agreement to be fulfilled over a specified timeline.
