Innovative Design Studio launches Brokis' Under Pressure glass collection

IDS by Innovative Design Group continues its legacy of bringing the finest in luxury lighting to India with the exclusive launch of the Under Pressure collection by Brokis, unveiled at Salone del Mobile 2025. Crafted by celebrated Czech designers Boris Klimek and Lenka Damová, this striking series captures a moment of transformation—where molten glass yields to invisible force and takes on sculptural life.

At the heart of Under Pressure lies a poetic tension: the contrast between fragility and strength. Each light is a study in duality—its organic, blown-glass form pinched and cinched by a central threaded metal rod, evoking the silent choreography of pressure and precision. The result is a piece that feels both delicate and industrial, restrained yet expressive.

The collection features three vertical pendant models—Little, More and Most—each offering varying heights and proportions to suit diverse spatial applications. The collection is offered in a sophisticated palette of smoky and opaline hues, with customizable finishes that reflect Brokis’ mastery of handblown glass. Precision components in glass, stainless steel, and textile cables speak to the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship and contemporary luxury.

In the home, Under Pressure introduces both light and narrative—suspended above a dining table, clustered in a vaulted stairwell, or illuminating a modern bedroom with sculptural grace. These are not merely luminaires; they are objects of art, imbued with tension, movement, and meaning.
