IREP Launches Managed Office Platform in NCR

International Real Estate Partners (IREP) has partnered with India Accelerator to launch a managed office workspace platform, IREPworkspaces, with plans to invest around Rs 1 billion over the next 18 months. The initiative aims to develop nearly 0.9 million square feet of managed office space across major commercial hubs in the National Capital Region (NCR), reflecting growing demand for flexible and scalable workspace solutions.

In the first phase, the platform plans to establish 12 to 15 managed workspace centres across NCR, offering approximately 15,000 seats. Expansion will focus on key micro-markets such as Golf Course Extension Road, Udyog Vihar and the Noida Expressway, which have emerged as prominent business and technology corridors.

IREP has already secured around 0.15 million square feet of office space in NCR and plans to add a further 0.7 to 0.8 million square feet in the coming quarters. Under the partnership, IREP will leverage its expertise in integrated real estate operations and facilities management across global markets, while India Accelerator will provide market access through its ecosystem of startups, mid-sized companies and enterprises.

The collaboration is expected to strengthen NCR’s managed workspace ecosystem by combining real estate capabilities with entrepreneurial networks, enabling businesses to access high-quality, flexible office infrastructure. The initiative also aligns with broader trends in hybrid working and the increasing preference for managed office solutions among growing enterprises.

With rising corporate demand for agile work environments, IREPworkspaces is positioned to play a significant role in shaping the future of managed office spaces in NCR, offering scalable infrastructure and operational efficiency to a diverse range of organisations.
