Jinko ESS Signs 100 MWh BESS Supply Agreement With Everyray

Jinko ESS, the energy storage subsidiary of JinkoSolar, has signed a 100 MWh battery energy storage system supply agreement with German energy storage integrator everyray to support deployment of utility-scale energy storage projects across Central Europe. The deal was finalised during Intersolar Europe and establishes a framework for future projects. It combines everyray's engineering, procurement and construction capabilities with Jinko ESS's energy storage technology and global delivery expertise.\n\nThe partnership is intended to accelerate the rollout of high-quality battery energy storage systems that enhance grid flexibility and facilitate renewable energy integration across evolving electricity markets in Central Europe. The framework is expected to provide a consistent technology platform and project pipeline support, with particular emphasis on Germany. Both companies envisage bringing storage capacity online more rapidly to meet growing demand.\n\nThe agreement was signed by Pietro Peterlana, Senior Sales Manager for Central Europe at Jinko ESS, and by Fabian Beyer, managing director and co-founder of everyray. Roberto Murgioni, general manager of Jinko ESS Europe, indicated that the company will focus on delivering scalable and reliable storage solutions as Europe accelerates its energy transition. The supply arrangement is designed to underpin long-term project delivery and to improve confidence for customers and investors.\n\nBeyer noted that the framework will provide supply security and a robust technical foundation for everyray's project pipeline and for turning storage hardware into grid compliant assets with long operational lifetimes. The agreement comes as demand for battery energy storage systems rises across Europe owing to greater renewable penetration and heightened grid balancing needs. Jinko ESS reaffirmed its commitment to expand in the European market through technology innovation, project execution and strategic partnerships that support customers' sustainability goals.
