Maharashtra Seamless Bags Rs 256-cr Order for Pipes

Maharashtra Seamless Ltd (MSL) has secured a domestic order worth Rs 256 crore for supplying seamless pipes to the oil and gas industry. The order will be executed over the next two quarters.

The company clarified the contract does not involve related parties or promoter interests. MSL manufactures seamless pipes and tubes using advanced CPE technology, catering to a wide range of industrial applications.

MSL reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 230.32 crore in Q1 FY26, up 78.2% year-on-year, on revenues of Rs 1,145.27 crore. Export revenues crossed Rs 300 crore in the quarter, though total revenues dipped slightly by 0.05%.

The new contract strengthens MSL’s position in the domestic energy infrastructure market while supporting growth in its product portfolio.
