Meghalaya Spice Festival in Mumbai Postponed

The Government of Meghalaya has announced the postponement of the Meghalaya Spice Festival, which was scheduled to be held from 30 January to 1 February 2026 at Jio World Drive, Mumbai. The decision was taken in view of the passing of Shri Ajit Pawar, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, and the state mourning declared thereafter.

The postponement has been announced by the Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Government of Meghalaya, as a mark of respect. The state government conveyed its condolences to the bereaved families and expressed solidarity with the people and the Government of Maharashtra during this period of loss.

Revised dates and additional details for the Meghalaya Spice Festival will be announced in due course.
