Energy Business Hits New Milestone
Larsen & Toubro has promoted Subramanian Sarma to Deputy Managing Director & President, effective 2 April 2025, with his term extended until 3 February 2028, pending shareholder approval. Sarma has been instrumental in expanding L&T’s hydrocarbon and energy business, driving innovation and global competitiveness. Recently, L&T secured its largest offshore contract to date, further solidifying its position as a global EPC leader. Sarma, with over 40 years of experience, continues to drive L&T’s strategic growth in the energy sector.

Betting Big On Wires and Cables Biz
Adani Enterprises, through its subsidiary Kutch Copper (KCL), has formed Praneetha Ecocables (PEL) in partnership with Praneetha Ventures. With KCL holding a 50 per cent stake, the venture will manufacture and market metal products, cables, and wires. The move aligns with Adani’s infrastructure ambitions, leveraging its upcoming copper refinery for supply chain efficiency. Registered in Ahmedabad, PEL was incorporated on 19 March 2025 with a capital of Rs 1 million. Adani Enterprises, the Adani Group's flagship company, is under the leadership of Gautam Adani, who serves as Chairman.

Led by Tribeca’s founder Kalpesh Mehta, the 1.6 million sq ft development targets Rs 25 billion in sales. Featuring luxury offices, retail, and India’s first Trump Club, the project expands Trump’s footprint beyond residential ventures.

HCC Net Profit Stands at Rs 2.28 Billion for Q4 FY25

Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) reported a standalone net profit of Rs 2.28 billion in Q4 FY25, a sharp increase from Rs 388 million in Q4 FY24.
