Ramky Infrastructure Q1 FY27 Revenue Rises 24.3%

Ramky Infrastructure Limited reported a 24.3% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue from operations to Rs 471.2 crore for Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 3.79 billion in the corresponding quarter of FY26.

Standalone revenue from operations rose 27.5% YoY to Rs 4.51 billion from Rs 3.54 billion, while total standalone income increased 35% to Rs 5.32 billion.

Consolidated profit before tax stood at Rs 540.9 million during the quarter. The company highlighted a sharp sequential improvement compared with a pre-exceptional loss of Rs 190.1 million in Q4 FY26.

Two of the three projects awarded during Q3 and Q4 FY26 began contributing to revenue a quarter ahead of schedule, supporting topline growth and reflecting faster project mobilisation and execution.

On a standalone basis, EBITDA increased to Rs 1.12 billion from Rs 1 billion in Q1 FY26, while profit after tax rose to Rs 710.5 million from Rs 550.6 million. Finance costs declined 20.6% YoY to Rs 130.1 million from Rs 160.5 million.

Consolidated EBITDA stood at Rs 1 billion compared with Rs 1.37 billion in Q1 FY26, while consolidated finance costs were Rs 360.8 million.

Sunil Nair, Chief Executive Officer, Ramky Infrastructure Limited, said the early contribution from projects awarded in the second half of FY26 demonstrated the company’s ability to mobilise and execute projects ahead of schedule.

The company said it will continue focusing on converting its order book into revenue, improving working capital management and strengthening its revenue mix across EPC and sustainable income streams.
