RITES Posts Rs 5.61 Bn Revenue, Rs 980 Bn PAT in Q1

RITES reported consolidated total revenue of Rs 5.61 billion for the first quarter of FY27, compared with Rs 5.12 billion during the corresponding period of the previous financial year.

Consolidated operating revenue, excluding other income, increased by 8.6 per cent to Rs 5.32 billion from Rs 4.90 billion in Q1 FY26. EBITDA stood at Rs 1.19 billion, with a margin of 22.4 per cent, while profit after tax reached Rs 980 million with a margin of 17.4 per cent.

On a standalone basis, operating revenue increased to Rs 4.98 billion from Rs 4.56 billion. Total standalone revenue stood at Rs 5.25 billion, compared with Rs 4.76 billion in Q1 FY26.

Standalone EBITDA rose to Rs 850 million from Rs 840 million, while profit after tax increased to Rs 720 million from Rs 670 million. The respective EBITDA and PAT margins were 17.2 per cent and 13.7 per cent.

The consultancy business remained the company’s largest revenue contributor, generating Rs 2.72 billion with a margin of 31.4 per cent. Leasing revenue stood at Rs 490 million with a margin of 38.1 per cent, while the turnkey segment generated Rs 1.76 billion.

RITES secured more than 120 orders, including extensions of existing works, valued at over Rs 6.74 billion during the quarter. Its order book reached an all-time high of Rs 94.45 billion as of 30 June 2026.

The company’s board declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.4 per share, amounting to Rs 670.28 million. The record date for the dividend payment has been fixed as 10 August 2026.

Rahul Mithal, Chairman and Managing Director, RITES, said the company remained on track to achieve its FY27 growth targets. He added that RITES would focus on integrating advanced technologies to improve project delivery.
