Royal Orchid Signs 43-Key Regenta Place In Udaipur

Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd. has announced the signing of Regenta Place Udaipur, a 43-key property located in Nakoda Nagar, Udaipur. The hotel will be operated under a hotel management agreement, in line with the company’s asset-light growth strategy, and will strengthen its footprint in one of Rajasthan’s most sought-after leisure and wedding destinations.

Designed to cater to leisure travellers as well as social and events-led demand, Regenta Place Udaipur will offer contemporary accommodation alongside extensive banqueting and outdoor event facilities. The property will feature a 7,000 sq ft indoor banquet hall and a 30,000 sq ft landscaped lawn, positioning it as a preferred venue for weddings, destination celebrations and large-scale social gatherings.

The hotel is being developed by Mokkshi Hospitality & Services, owned by Amit Jain, and is strategically located to provide convenient access to Udaipur’s key city attractions and established wedding circuits. The property is expected to open by March 2026, adding a new hospitality address to the City of Lakes under the Regenta Place brand.

Commenting on the signing, Chander K. Baljee, Chairman and Managing Director of Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd., said Udaipur continues to be a high-potential market for leisure travel and destination weddings. He added that the signing reinforces the group’s portfolio in Rajasthan and reflects its focus on strategically located properties with strong demand driven by social events.

Amit Jain said the partnership with Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels brings brand strength and operational expertise to the project, creating confidence in developing a successful hospitality destination that caters to both leisure travellers and large-scale celebrations.
