SKF India Reports Q4 And Full Year Fiscal 2026 Results

SKF India Limited (SKF India) announced financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026, reporting standalone revenue from operations of Rs 5,945.4 mn for the quarter and profit before exceptional items and tax of Rs 533.8 mn. Quarterly revenue grew by 20.7 per cent year on year, supported by broad-based demand across two and three-wheelers, passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles and by operational discipline and technology-led offerings.

For the full year SKF India reported standalone revenue of Rs 21,295.9 mn, an increase of 15.4 per cent versus the prior year, while profit before tax for the year was Rs 2,350 mn compared with Rs 3,551.5 mn in the previous year. Quarterly profit before tax was Rs 461 mn, lower than the corresponding quarter of the prior year.

The managing director said the quarter was driven by sustained demand across key automotive segments and strong execution across the value chain, and noted that the company had strengthened manufacturing, supply chain and digital capabilities. He added that sales and application engineering teams had partnered closely with customers to deliver responsive application-led solutions and that the company remained focused on scaling through technology-led innovation, localisation and capacity expansion.

SKF India continues to advance its sustainability agenda through energy efficiency and responsible operations aligned to its long-term net zero commitment and aims to enable higher efficiency and durability in automotive applications. The company noted that corporate restructuring had created two independently focused entities to sharpen strategic focus and alignment with market requirements and that exceptional items reflected non-recurring demerger costs and regulatory matters.

The company reiterated its manufacturing footprint in Haridwar, Pune and Bangalore and referenced the SKF Group's global scale, noting annual sales of SEK 91,583 mn in 2025 and a distributor network of around 17,000 locations as context for its market position.
