Smartworks Crosses 10 Million Sq Ft Portfolio

Smartworks Coworking Spaces has become India’s first listed flexible workspace provider to cross 10 million sq ft of operational portfolio. The milestone follows the operationalisation of its Tata Intellion Park centre in Mumbai.

The company said the achievement strengthens its position as a national-scale workspace infrastructure partner for enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Demand has been driven by larger campuses, multi-city deployments and longer-term commitments from corporate occupiers.

Neetish Sarda, Founder and Managing Director, Smartworks, said the office market is witnessing a structural shift towards managed campus-led solutions that offer scale, consistency and long-term visibility.

In Q3 FY26, Smartworks reported revenue of around Rs 4.72 billion, up 34 per cent year-on-year. Mature centres operated at around 93 per cent committed occupancy, reflecting strong demand across its portfolio.

As of December 31, 2025, Smartworks had a footprint of around 15.3 million sq ft across 63 centres in 15 cities in India and Singapore, serving more than 770 clients including Forbes 2000 companies, GCCs, MNCs and high-growth start-ups.
