V-Mart Opens 500th Store, Marks Major Milestone

V-Mart Retail Ltd., one of India’s leading value fashion retailers, has reached a significant milestone with the opening of its 500th store, highlighting the company’s rapid growth and strong market presence across Bharat.

Since its inception in 2003, V-Mart has expanded to over 300 cities, now operating across 4.3 million square feet of retail space and having served more than 100 million customers. The stores, known for their open facades and user-friendly layouts, cater to the fashion needs of the aspirational middle class with affordable apparel, footwear, and accessories.

“Our team’s dedication made this achievement possible,” said Lalit Agarwal, Managing Director, adding that V-Mart's focus on value retailing continues to drive its success.
In FY25 alone, V-Mart opened 62 stores under the brands V-Mart, Unlimited, and LimeRoad.com, further solidifying its position as a pioneer of inclusive, accessible fashion in India.
