Isprava Appoints Sanjay Sethi as Strategic Advisor

Isprava Group has appointed Dr Sanjay Sethi as Strategic Advisor to the business, with a focus on Lohono Stays and Isprava Hospitality.

Sethi brings more than 37 years of experience across hospitality operations, development, ownership, strategic growth and capital markets. He will work closely with the Group on strategy, growth and the development of its hospitality business.

The appointment comes as Isprava Group expands its integrated ecosystem spanning luxury homes, hospitality, private membership and end-to-end homeowner services.

Nibhrant Shah, Managing Director & Co-CEO, Isprava Group, said, “For us, the opportunity is to think beyond individual businesses and create an ecosystem where every interaction adds to the experience of being part of Isprava. Whether someone is staying at a Lohono home, spending time at Solene or returning to their own Isprava home, we want every touchpoint to feel more considered, more seamless and more distinctly ours. Sanjay’s understanding of hospitality, combined with his experience of building businesses at scale, will help us bring greater depth and consistency to that experience as we grow. We’re looking forward to having him work with us as we build this next phase of the business.”

Dhimaan Shah, Executive Director & Co-CEO, Isprava Group, added, “Hospitality is no longer simply about the service delivered within a property; it is about the experience that surrounds ownership, travel and the way people choose to live. As the Isprava Group continues to build across homes, hospitality and private communities, we wanted to bring in someone who has seen the industry from every side, from operations and development to ownership and capital markets. Sanjay’s depth of experience and his understanding of what it takes to build enduring hospitality businesses will be invaluable as we shape the next phase of the Group.”

Sethi spent 14 years with the Taj Group before co-founding Keys Hotels & Resorts, backed by Berggruen Holdings. He later served as Managing Director & CEO of Chalet Hotels from 2015 to 2026, during which he led the company through its 2019 IPO. He continues to serve on the Chalet Hotels board as a Non-Executive Director.

Sethi said, “Isprava has done the difficult part already: built a brand people trust, in places that are genuinely hard to build in. Growing that without diluting it is the real test, and it's the kind of work I enjoy. Nibhrant and Dhimaan have been asking the right questions about what comes next well before they had to. I'm glad to be joining them on it.”

Founded in 2016 by Nibhrant and Dhimaan Shah, Isprava Group has expanded from a luxury home developer into a broader lifestyle and hospitality platform. Its portfolio includes Isprava, The Chapter, Lohono Stays and Solene, spanning luxury homes, vacation rentals, hospitality and private membership experiences.
