K2 InfraGen Appoints Sanjay Gupta as Senior VP

K2 InfraGen has appointed Sanjay Gupta as Senior Vice President with effect from 1 June 2026. The appointment was approved by the company's Board of Directors at its meeting held on 26 May 2026 and disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

With over 38 years of experience across Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), power transmission and distribution, and railway infrastructure, Gupta brings extensive expertise in project execution, business leadership and operational management. The company said his appointment will further strengthen its leadership team as it focuses on infrastructure development and execution-led growth.

Gupta spent nearly 29 years with the RPG Group and most recently served as Vice President at KEC International. During his career, he has managed large business portfolios and contributed to the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the power and railway sectors.
