Ramco Cements bags National Award for Excellence in Energy Management

Ramco Cements’ Alathiyur Plant has bagged the Energy Efficient Unit award in the National Award for Excellence in Energy Management. The Confederation of Indian Industry, Hyderabad conducted this national level competition through their virtual platform.

A total of 350 applications were received and 180 applications were shortlisted from various sectors like cement, steel, engineering, paper, auto, mobiles, chemicals, petro chemicals, refineries, and aluminium. All companies presented their case studies through the virtual platform.

A total of 31 companies were shortlisted in the cement sector. The award to Ramco Cements includes a memento and a certificate.
