Ministry orders hybrid till

The Ministry of Civil Aviation has asked the Airport Economic Regulatory Authority to adopt a hybrid with 30 per cent cross subsidisation for deciding the tariff for GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL), a subsidiary of GMR Infrastructure. AERA had passed an order on February 24, 2014, determining tariff for GHIAL considering a Single Till methodology. Single Till being not in line with the concession agreement, GHIAL appealed against it by filing a writ petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
