BEST Chalo Airport Express Launches in Mumbai

BEST Chalo Airport Express, a fully digitised bus service, has been officially launched in Mumbai, aiming to revolutionise airport travel. This premium service offers guaranteed seating, with ticket counters available at both airport terminals. Passengers can also book seats via the BEST Chalo App or web portal. The service, which has been undergoing public trials, received positive feedback and is now operational on four routes. Operating 230 daily trips to and from the airport, the service is set to expand its fleet, with 50% of the buses already electric and plans to achieve 100% electrification by March 2024. The buses run every 30 minutes from 6.30 AM to 11.00 PM, seven days a week, ensuring faster travel with fewer stops. Mohit Dubey, CEO of Chalo, highlighted the service's commitment to efficiency and ecological impact, aiming to improve quality of life and sustainability for future generations.
