Berhampur gets new township comprising 10,000 residential houses

In Odisha´s Ganjam district, the new township, Berhampur North City, will be developed in public private partnership (PPP) mode on 101 acre near Sitalapalli on the outskirts of Berhampur. It will have modern facilities and accommodate 40,000 people. The proposed project of the Berhampur Development Authority recently received in principle approval of the State Level Empowered Committee headed by Chief Secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi.
